BRYCK GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a proactive and dynamic Startup Program Manager to join our innovation hub in the Ruhr area. As a Startup Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing entrepreneurs and innovators who are shaping a sustainable and livable future. Our hub serves as an emerging innovation center, connecting people, fostering communities, and creating opportunities for scaling ideas and businesses not only within the region but also across Europe.

As a Startup Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate programs designed to support startups in various industries, ranging from technology to sustainability. You will work closely with a diverse team of professionals, collaborators, and mentors to create an ecosystem that empowers startups to thrive.

Responsibilities
- You take over the organizational lead for startup programs within different industries
- You are responsible for managing administrative tasks that are part of the program.
- You will work closely with startups and first-time founders in our programs as you will be their go-to-person No.1
- You don’t mind bringing in your own network of startup business experts.
- Your daily contacts with startups will help you scout high quality teams for our programs.
- You have a strong understanding of the importance of finance and, as a result, you have developed strong connections with investors who are supportive of startups.
- You can’t wait to work closely with the entire team
Requirements
- Your strive in organizational tasks
- You have first experience in (startup) business building
- You've always been interested in new business models and technologies.
- You are a people person with a great networks of startup experts and investors.
- You are a team player with a great sense of humor and a big passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
- You are fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
