Over live music by Cloudy June, we discussed the urgent need for greater representation of female founders in tech and investment. The strong presence of women leaders from Germany and the US was a promising sign that this shift is already in motion. The event reinforced the value of targeted networking initiatives that connect women in leadership and innovation.
