As a Startup Program Manager (m/f/d), you will design and manage innovative programs, support young companies in their growth, and build a strong network. Join our team and help us foster the next generation of successful startups!

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ideally, experience in the startup environment or project management
  • Good understanding of startup ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and networking skills, with enthusiasm for working with startups
  • Independent, reliable, and able to stay on top of things even in stressful situations
  • Ideally, experience in one of our focus industries: Water, Energy, Chemicals, PropTech & Real Estate, Secure & Intelligent Systems, Materials, Personalized Medicine
  • Affinity for using AI tools
  • Excellent German and English skills

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and manage startup programs (e.g., accelerators, incubators)
  • Support and mentor participating startups in their development
  • Build and maintain a network of mentors, investors, startups, and partners
  • Organize workshops, pitch events, and networking sessions
  • Monitor program performance and prepare reports for stakeholders
  • Recruit startups to join the programs
