Project Manager Digital Experiences (m/F/d)

Are you passionate about bringing digital projects to life and creating engaging online experiences? 

As a Project Manager Digital Experiences (m/f/d), you’ll be the driving force behind our web and no-code/low-code initiatives—from sleek websites and high-converting landing pages to impactful digital campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, making sure our digital projects launch on time, hit the right goals, and delight our users. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Experienced in managing digital projects (websites, landing pages, campaigns, or similar)
  • Comfortable with online tools, content management systems, and no-code platforms; experience with low-code platforms is a plus, but not required
  • Super organized, solution-focused, and confident working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Analytical and proactive, keeping budgets, timelines, and priorities on track
  • Fluent in English and German 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital projects from kickoff to launch, making sure they’re timely, goal-oriented, and user-friendly
  • Lead web, landing page, and campaign projects, keeping all moving parts aligned
  • Act as the bridge between internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) and external partners or agencies
  • Prioritize tasks, manage budgets, and make sure projects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensure quality and continuously optimize websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to boost engagement, conversion, and overall user experience
  • Introduce and maintain project management processes and tools that help the team work smarter, not harder
