What is a convertible loan?

A convertible loan (or convertible note) is a type of financing commonly used in early-stage startup investments. It is a short-term loan that can be converted into equity in the company under predefined conditions. The conditions in detail will be defined individually.

Will you demand a say as a shareholder in our daily business? 

Your business, your choices. We don’t demand a say in your daily business. With us you will gain an enabling partner, who supports you in growth, scaling and financing to accomplish your business goals.  

Is funding through GF BRYCK Ventures mandatory to take part in BRYCK acceleration programs? 

No, funding opportunities will be negotiated by the end of the program individually. The participation in our acceleration programs is free of charge and we do not take equity for participation in our programs.
